SHIPPING & PROCESSING

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once processing is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification.

SHIPPING TIMING:
After processing, your order will be shipped. Shipping time varies based on customer location, but most domestic orders arrive within approximately 1 week after shipment.

FOR PREORDER ITEMS: ALL SHIPPING TIMES WILL BE STATED IN THE ITEM'S DESCRIPTION. PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT YOU WILL BE UPDATED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING TIMELINES:
All estimated shipping and production timelines for pre-order items will be clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

Please note that all pre-order shipping timelines are estimates and subject to change. If production is completed earlier than expected, orders will ship sooner. If production requires additional time beyond the estimated window, customers will be notified via email with an updated timeline.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the production and shipping timelines outlined in the product description.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with their shipment.

ADDRESS ISSUES & RETURNS

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for all reshipment fees. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your order is lost or stolen, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Any refund or replacement is subject to the carrier’s investigation and decision. While we will help facilitate the process, please note that we do not control whether a claim is approved or denied. We will do our best to assist where possible.
